Returns & Exchanges

At Mini Village we are committed to providing you top quality products and the best customer service. We would love you to enjoy shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily exchange items or offer you a full refund within 10 days of the purchase date. 

Before you consider returning or exchange item/s, please take into consideration that a lot of products we sell at Mini Village are hand-made and subject to some minor imperfections or variations.

Returns
All items must be in original package and unused/unwashed condition with all tags attached including  a receipt or proof of purchase. 
If items are used or damaged in any way they will be returned to the customer at their cost.
Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling charges unless the item was faulty.
We will provide you a return address once contacted via email.

Exchange
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you a unique exchange code.
Place a new order with the same or more value of original purchased price with a unique code. Please note that shipping charges will apply.

Refund
Once we received your item/s and processed, we will refund you a full amount of the original purchased price excluding shipping cost within 1-2 business days.
It might take up to 7 days to receive the funds depending on your financial institution.
You will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that all sales items or items purchased with any promo code are non-refundable.

Faulty and Incorrect Items
All items undergo a thorough inspection prior to sending to your door. However if you find your item/s are faulty or incorrect, we will happily exchange with the same item/s.

Although we do not hold any responsibility on items that are damaged or lost during shipping, if your parcel arrives damaged we ask that you contact us within 24 hour so we can follow-up with our courier service. We are happy to discuss any issues and work on a positive resolution.

Also we strongly recommend to return your item/s using a traceable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
