We ship every Monday and Friday.
There will be some delays for both domestic and international delivery depending on destinations. Please refer to Australia Post website for more information. If you're need to receive your order quickly, we recommend to choose express post at check out.

AUSTRALIA
Australian orders are shipped via Sendle or Australia Post depending on the location of where the item/s will be shipped.
Sendle is Australia’s first carbon neutral delivery service, and it's great for environment! Click here if you want to know more about Sendle.
We use Australia Post for express shipping and delivery to PO Box & some rural areas.

Shipping Costs
・A Flat Rate Shipping fee of $12.00 for orders up to $160 (excludes bulky item).
・Free Standard Shipping for orders over $160. (excludes bulky item and only eligible when multiple items are sent together).
・Express Shipping is available via Australia Post and rates are calculated at checkout based on size and weight.
・Shipping fee for bulky item/s are invoiced separately or have set shipping fee depending on each item.

Please note that some bulky items are exempt from above rules.
These items are clearly indicated in the product description. Please select "Bulky Items" if purchasing a bulky/heavy item. Thank you!

Shipping Time
Please allow 5-10business days to receive your order, and up to 10-14 business days for Western Australian and remote areas.

We ship world wide via Australia Post.

Please note we are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be applied in your country on arrival. 

PRE ORDER ITEMS
If you purchased preorder items, and already stock items together, and wish to get them delivered separately, you will be invoiced for another shipping fee. 
We will contact and ask you what your preference is before sending an invoice.

INVOICE
We do not include a copy of invoice with your item/s to reduce paper waste and carbon footprint. If you would like a copy, please let us know at checkout.
